Meitav Harpaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Pattern Insurance since October 2019, Meitav is focused on innovative transformations in the insurance landscape. As Principal at Ofek Investments since September 2018, Meitav contributes financial expertise to diverse projects. Previously, as CEO and Co-Founder of Eccella Corporation from October 2012 to June 2018, Meitav led initiatives to improve data utilization for Fortune 500 companies in finance, insurance, and healthcare. Earlier roles include Director at Informatica, where Meitav oversaw a global team and managed data-centric solutions, as well as Program Manager at Itemfield, where significant advancements in transformation integration were developed. Meitav's career began in software development, contributing to various companies, including HyperRoll and Softcubes, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Reichman University.
