Juliana de Oliveira possesses extensive experience in the field of intellectual property, currently serving as Project Leader at Patrix IP Helpware since September 2018, where responsibilities include client support in IP processes and software implementation. Previous roles at Patrix included Country and Law Specialist, focusing on legislative updates in IP, and Application Software Tester/Support, addressing client queries and enhancing software functionality. Prior to Patrix, Juliana worked as a Legal Analyst at Darts-ip, analyzing IP decisions in Brazil, and as a Research Assistant at Universidade Federal Fluminense, publishing research on extreme right-wing parties in the EU. Juliana holds a Master of Laws in European Intellectual Property Law from Stockholm University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Federal Fluminense, along with an academic exchange in International Private Law from Aarhus University.
