Matthew Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthew started their career as a Master Maintainer in the Air Force Special Operations Command, where they worked on MH53J Pave Low IIIE helicopters and later in the Command Post MOC Aircraft Operations Side. Matthew then transitioned to the private sector and worked as a Software Engineer at Valco Data Systems, responsible for medical software configuration and installation. After that, they joined Top Dog Marketing Group as the Chief Technology Officer and Director of Digital Marketing, where they handled marketing communications projects for clients like Microsoft, Dell, Adobe, and Sun Microsystems.
In 2006, Matthew became the Managing Partner at WebMatic Software, focusing on helping small businesses utilize intelligent leads from web visitors in real time. Matthew later joined Online Marketing Opportunities for Small Business as the VP of Marketing Operations, providing senior-level recommendations to marketing managers to increase targeted traffic and business from the web.
In 2014, Matthew founded their own company, WebMatic247, where they served as the Managing Partner and Owner. In this role, they helped security guard companies generate more leads and clients through digital marketing strategies, including online marketing, SEO, YouTube video marketing, Google My Business management, Facebook Ads, custom app development, reputation management, and web design.
In 2016, Matthew joined Patriot Services Group Inc as the Chief Technology Officer and Digital Marketing Manager, providing guidance and executive-level insight for all things technical in the security company, including online marketing.
Matthew Johnson obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Matthew then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2005.
