Lea Ray is a certified director (ICD.D) of the Institute of Corporate Directors and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. Lea has served as the Chairman, Vice-chairman, Lead Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair on a variety of publicly-listed (TSX), public sector and non-profit entities. She is a former executive, Vice-President Corporate Finance, of Warner Bros. Entertainment Canada Inc. and former member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Chartered Professional Accountants (Ontario).
