Derek Turocy, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional and owner of NextGen Consulting Services LLC since July 2024. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Project Manager at Patriot at Home since December 2019, Derek has a strong background in program tracking, analysis, and office expansion proposals. Prior experiences include roles at Gunton Corporation, Babcock & Wilcox, and STERIS Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed various human resources tasks, administrative duties, and student engagement initiatives. Derek holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Lake Erie College, completed in 2017.
