Raghu manages the operations spanning 4500+ resources and is responsible for service delivery for all their clients across their centres in India and Philippines. Prior to joining Patra in August 2021, he had been working with Cognizant for close to 14 years managing operations for various clients within their Banking & Financial Services Division.
