Amanda Lucas Lykins

Amanda Lucas Lykins has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Amanda began their career at The Great Wolf Lodge as a Guest Service Representative in 2009, where they provided exceptional customer service to guests. Amanda also took on the role of Front Desk/Night Audit, where they handled daily receipt reports and directed guests to tourist attractions.

In 2010, Amanda joined Holiday Inn as a Guest Services/Front Desk employee. Their responsibilities included greeting guests, training new employees, and contributing to raising guest view scores, positioning the hotel in the top 75 Holiday Inns. Amanda worked at Holiday Inn until July 2011.

From 2013 to present, Amanda has been working at PatientPoint®, initially as a Program Coordinator and later as a Senior Program Coordinator. Recently, they transitioned into the role of Operations Quality Manager, demonstrating their ability to grow within the company.

Amanda Lucas Lykins attended the University of Tennessee from 2007 to 2011, where they received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics. Additionally, they obtained collateral in Marketing during their time at the university. Amanda also attended the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, which they completed in the same timeframe.
