Ria Sengupta, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Product Development Operations at PatientFi, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Ria was the Quality Operations Manager at Caribou, where responsibilities included integrating AI into call center operations and establishing a quality control department focused on compliance and operational efficiency. Ria also held interim leadership roles, managing multiple teams and spearheading improvements in customer care processes. Ria's career includes serving as the Director of Operations at St. Mary's & Affiliates Credit Union, overseeing regulatory programs, and as a Senior Financial Specialist at UW Credit Union, leading audits and enhancing branch performance. Ria's educational background includes an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
