Michael Obonyo has a diverse work experience that spans different roles and responsibilities. Michael started their career in 2010 at Heritage International School as a Linux System Administrator, where they were responsible for developing and managing Linux-based systems for the school network. This included tasks such as network design and implementation, web content filtering, firewall deployment, file sharing access, network authentication, and network monitoring.
In 2016, Michael joined The AES Corporation as a VPN consultant, where they provided expertise and guidance in virtual private network solutions for the company. In this role, they led a team in providing technical support and troubleshooting for PCORI's employees.
