Dani Chapman is a dedicated social worker with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a social worker at Pathways since August 2021, Dani previously held roles as Social Services Director and social worker at Columbine Health Systems from November 2015 to August 2021. Additionally, Dani gained valuable experience as an MSW intern at Halcyon Hospice & Palliative Care from August 2019 to September 2020. Dani holds a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on gerontology from Metropolitan State University of Denver (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Colorado State University (2010-2015).
