Ellen P. Carlin is a distinguished veterinary medicine and public health expert with extensive experience in science consulting, policy analysis, and academic instruction. As the Founder of Parapet Science & Policy Consulting since 2011, Ellen specializes in technical consulting with a focus on veterinary medicine, public health, and homeland security.
