Shantanu Agnihotri has four years of work experience. In 2016, they started as a CRM Developer/Team Lead at Security Weaver. In 2018, they moved to DynPro, Inc. as an Application Developer. In 2019, they joined HCL Technologies as a Consultant and Pathlock as a Product Specialist, where they were responsible for Sales Operations, Salesforce Administration, managing the company website, customizing and enhancing the company CRM, and working on internal tools used for employee productivity.

Shantanu Agnihotri holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) from I.P.S Academy, Indore, where they studied Computer Software Engineering from 2014 to 2016. Shantanu also holds a BCA from I.P.S Academy, Indore, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014, also in Computer Software Engineering. Shantanu attended st. mary champion school from 2000 to 2008. Shantanu also has additional certifications, such as Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project from Coursera obtained in May 2022, Foundations of Project Management from Coursera obtained in April 2022, HTML/CSS from TestDome obtained in October 2017, and Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce obtained in April 2018.
