Rocky C. Pimplapure has worked in the talent acquisition field since 2014. Rocky C started as a Recruiter at Msa Consultancy in 2014, then moved to Niyuj - Delivering Innovation in 2015, where they worked as a Recruiter with a focus on identification, negotiation, sourcing, and scheduling. In 2018, they worked as a Contract Recruiter at Fujitsu and as a Sourcer at Capgemini. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Talent Acquisition Executive at Persistent Systems and is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pathlock.

Rocky C. Pimplapure obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SPIOM in 2014, majoring in Human Resources.
