Lydia Saloucou is a seasoned leader in the field of public health and international development, currently serving as President for Africa at Pathfinder International since February 2016, where responsibilities include management, fundraising, and positioning. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Country Director and Country Representative at Pathfinder International, Team Leader for Western and Central Africa at the International Planned Parenthood Federation Africa Region, and Country Director at the Initiative Privée et Communautaire contre le VIH. Lydia has also held positions as Country Representative and Research Expert at the Population Council, Program Manager at ARC- bureau d Études et de Conseil, and Sociologist at Bureau Renforcement Femmes. Lydia began a career in research as an Assistant at Université UERD. Lydia holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences from Université Lille I, obtained between 1990 and 1992.
