Jun Zhang is currently working as a Principal Engineer at PathAI, where the focus is on leveraging AI-powered pathology to improve patient outcomes. Prior to this role, Jun has held key positions at Avedro, Inc. as a Principal Opto-Mechanical Engineer and Technical Leader, Dental Imaging Technologies Corporation as a Principal Optical Research Scientist, KLA-Tencor as a Sr. Systems Engineer, and has also gained valuable experience through internships at ASML and consultancy work at IRLabs, Inc. Jun holds a PhD in Optical Sciences from the University of Arizona, a Master's in Physics from the same university, and a BS in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
