Mayank Sharma currently serves as a Senior Program Officer focused on Health Systems Strengthening at PATH, working on projects aimed at enhancing private sector engagement within the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Prior experience includes a role as a Consultant in Public Health Policy and Planning at the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, where contributions were made towards the National Health Mission's Program Implementation Plan, following an initial internship. Additional internships and consultancy roles have included work on cancer prevention policy in Punjab, research on health issues affecting the elderly in Mumbai, and a position as a Consultant Dental Surgeon. Mayank Sharma holds a Master of Public Health from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Panjab University, supplemented by coursework in public health at the University of Minnesota.
