Jeffrey Bears is an experienced legal and educational professional with a diverse background in law, mathematics, and statistics. Currently serving as Counsel at PATH since August 2021 and as Principal & Founder of JDBears Law, LLC since April 2019, Jeffrey also holds positions as a Lecturer in Mathematics and Statistics at Northeastern University and as Adjunct Faculty in Law, Mathematics and Statistics at Southern New Hampshire University. Previous roles include Director of Intellectual Property and Legal Affairs at LifeQ, Associate General Counsel at both Molecular Health and Decision Resources, and Counsel for Intellectual Property and Research at the University of Massachusetts. Jeffrey has an extensive educational background, pursuing a Doctor of Education at The Johns Hopkins University while holding multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a JD from Boston College Law School.
