Gretchen MacLeod is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale budgets and financial operations within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at PATH since November 2016, Gretchen oversees a $186M annual operating budget and more than $500M in total grant funding, while supervising a team that manages clinical development budgets and critical business intelligence for global stakeholders. Previously, Gretchen held the role of Senior Finance and Administration Manager at the Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition and PATH, demonstrating expertise in financial oversight, contractual management, and strategic resource mobilization. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland and a BA in Accounting & Business Management from Seattle Pacific University.
