Ron Jackson has extensive experience in education and counseling, currently serving at Paterson Public Schools as the Teacher Coordinator of Discipline and Anti-Bullying Specialist since March 1997, alongside a role as Student Assistance Coordinator focusing on drug awareness and crisis intervention. In addition, Ron Jackson has been the Head Football Coach at John F. Kennedy Educational Complex since September 2004. Previous experience includes working as a Teacher Counselor at Edwin Gould Academy, where coordination of clinical assessments for adjudicated youth was key, and as a Graduate Assistant Counselor at Montclair State University, supporting both incoming and second-year students. Academically, Ron Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Delaware State University and two Master of Arts degrees in Educational Leadership and Administration and a separate field from Montclair State University.
