Raphael Mathews is an active participant in the Patchwork Alumni Network since February 2022, following completion of the Patchwork Masterclass Programme, where education from political and public figures was provided to young adults from disadvantaged and minority communities. Currently serving as a Youth Advisor for both the National Children's Bureau and the Ernest Cook Trust, Raphael advises on SEND policy reforms and allocates funding for environmental projects respectively. Recent experiences include a candidate role at SEO London and an EDIP Spring Internship with the Civil Service Fast Stream. Raphael has also participated in the Chatham House Summer School and completed an internship at Hayward Aviation. Currently enrolled in a BSc in International Social and Public Policy with Politics at The London School of Economics and Political Science, education commenced in September 2022 after attending Rugby School.
