Ellie Jelic, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Operations Generalist at Patch My PC since June 2023. Previously, Ellie worked as an Employee Experience Manager at Citrine Informatics and a People Experience Manager at Qualio. Ellie's extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Office Manager at Zuora, where Ellie managed office operations and employee engagement initiatives, and Operations Associate at Industrious, responsible for onboarding and event planning. In addition to a background in operations and employee experience, Ellie Jelic is a self-published childrenā€™s book author, having written and designed poetry and young adult fiction. Ellie holds a degree as a Tea Sommelier from the International Tea Masters Association and is a Tuskegee University alumna.
