Ilana Bar is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in global affairs and corporate law. Currently serving as Global Affairs Legal Counsel at PassportCard since October 2021, Ilana simultaneously holds the position of Chairman of the Insurtech Committee and Executive Board Member at CityTLV. Ilana has been affiliated with The Open University as an Audit Committee Member since 2015. Previously, Ilana was a Partner and Head of Commercial & Corporate at Kennedys, Israel from October 2021 to May 2023, and served as General Legal Counsel and Executive Board Member at Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings Ltd. for over two decades. Early career experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Seligman & Co. and Associate at Mudge Rose Guthrie & Ferdon, LLP. Ilana holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bar-Ilan University.
