Greg Hepworth has a diverse work experience starting from 2004. Most recently, they worked at Passenger as the Director of Product & Design. Prior to that, they were the Head of Product at the same company. Before joining Passenger, Greg worked at aspin.co.uk as the Head Of Product Development. Greg also served as the Software Development Manager at Naim Audio. Earlier in their career, Greg held various roles at Ibcos Computers Ltd and WDS, A Xerox Company, including Head of Product Development, Head of Platform, Product Manager, Development Manager, Development Team Lead, Delivery Manager, and Developer.

Greg Hepworth has a diverse education history with a focus on law and business. In 1993, they attended Ferndown Upper School where they studied general subjects. Greg then pursued higher education at the University of Leicester from 1997 to 2000, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws with Honors (LLB (Hons)) degree. Following that, in 2004, they attended the University of Washington for one year to focus on Java programming.
