Smruti Mehta has had a varied work experience, beginning with a role as a Flight Attendant with Jet Airways in 2013. Smruti then moved to a teaching role at Carmel Convent School in India in the same year. In 2015, they changed roles to become a Flight Attendant with Emirates. Most recently, in 2020, they became an Account Manager with Passbolt.
Smruti Mehta earned their Master's degree in Social Work from Sardar Patel University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda between 2008 and 2011.
