Kelsey Swearingen began their work experience in 2011 at FDLIC as a Claims Specialist/Lead until 2015. In 2015, they joined Passare, Inc. as the Director of Premium Services.

Kelsey Swearingen completed their high school education at Big Spring High School from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Behavioral Science degree at Hardin-Simmons University from 2006 to 2010.
