Lizette Alvarado is an experienced Nurse Practitioner currently serving at both GreenLight Urgent Care in Covington and PASSAGES HOSPICE since December 2021. In addition to these roles, Lizette has been involved in Administration focusing on Quality & Risk Management at Lakeview Regional Medical Center since 2012, and has worked as a Marketing Specialist at Key Home Health since February 2016. Lizette previously held a position as a Nurse Navigator for HCA Healthcare's MidAmerica Care Assure from January 2019 to January 2022.
