Olivier TRUMEL is an experienced professional with a diverse background in production management and technical roles. Currently serving as Responsable garnissage tranchage réception expédition at PASO Traiteur since August 2022, Olivier previously held significant positions at DAHER SOCATA as Manager de production en équipe de nuit, overseeing site operations during night shifts from February 2013 to May 2021. Prior to that, Olivier was the artisan électricien and dirigeant at SARL PLAQUELEC from January 2008 to February 2013. Early career experience includes roles as a Superviseur production at TRELLEBÂÜÀòÂÒÂ× MODYN, managing a production team of 45-60 personnel, and as a Pilote, leading a smaller team of 15-20 individuals in a 24/7 operational environment from February 2002 to July 2007.
