Shirley Pranoto, PMP, CHRP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and assurance roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Pashouses since January 2022, Shirley previously held various positions at PwC from November 2005 to January 2022, including Transformation Assurance Manager and Ethics and Business Conduct Officer. In these roles, Shirley demonstrated expertise in project oversight, risk management, corporate responsibility, and ethical governance, earning trust and recognition from peers and executives alike. Shirley's earlier experience includes a financial analyst role at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Academically, Shirley holds a Global Executive MBA from Aalto University and an MBA from Institut Teknologi Bandung, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Professional Accounting from The University of Akron.
