Farid Mukhtarov possesses extensive experience in procurement, cost control, and project management within the construction and development sectors. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at PASHA Malls since July 2024, Farid previously held roles at PASHA Development LLC, Farchitects Design Bureau, and Urban City Construction LLC as a Quantity Survey and Cost Control Manager, Head of Commercial and Procurement, and Technical Office Manager, respectively. Farid's expertise encompasses budget preparation and monitoring, cost analysis, procurement processes, and contract negotiations, with a strong educational background including ongoing Executive MBA studies at the University of Strasbourg and the University of York, along with an honours diploma in Environmental Engineering Technology from the National Aviation Academy.
