Nigar Gurbanli, MADIA, currently serves as a Business Analyst Specialist at PASHA Insurance OJSC, having progressed through roles such as Business Analyst and Project Coordination Specialist since March 2021. Additionally, Nigar is a Research Fellow at ADA University and an Early Researcher with GCRF Compass since April 2019. Previous experience includes a Legal Department Internship at the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a Public Affairs Internship at the US Embassy in Baku. Nigar's academic background includes a Master's degree in Diplomacy and International Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs from ADA University, along with studies in Political Science at the University of Tartu.
