Farida Abbasova currently serves as a junior specialist in the customer complaint handling group at PASHA Insurance OJSC since June 2023. Prior experiences include roles as a customer service representative intern at Baku Book Center from December 2021 to June 2023 and a sales consultant at the same organization. Additional experience includes a student trainee position at the Mediation Council Azerbaijan, a support specialist role at Connect QSC, and volunteering during the UEFA EURO 2020 European Football Championship. Early internships at Ireli Public Union and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan provided foundational experience in social work, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Baku State University, completed in June 2023.
