Rafael Usubov is an experienced professional in business process management and product development, currently serving as the Head of Business Process Management at PASHA Bank OJSC since May 2016. Usubov's expertise includes monitoring process improvements, mentoring analysts, and facilitating discussions to enhance corporate competitiveness. Prior to this role, Usubov held various positions at AGBank OJSC, including Head Analyst and Lead Business Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed financial analysis, project planning, and software development methodologies. Usubov holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Baku State University.
