The Project Management and Engineering team at PLSA is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of property development projects, from initial planning and design to execution and completion. Combining expertise in civil engineering, land planning, and surveying, the team ensures that projects are completed efficiently and in line with the clients' visions. Their tasks include client consultation, resource coordination, technical problem-solving, and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
