Barbara Pelletreau RN MPH is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient safety and quality improvement. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Pascal Metrics and care.ai since 2023, Barbara is also a Board Member of the Hospital Quality Institute (HQI) and co-chair of the Policy Committee for the Collaborative for Accountability and Improvement. In addition, Barbara contributes to the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality as a TEP Committee Member and chairs the Safety Committee for SERENE LAKES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. Formerly, Barbara held the position of Senior Vice President of Patient Safety at CommonSpirit Health and has been associated with Dignity Health in various roles since 2002. Educationally, Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from California State University, Fresno, and a Master of Public Health in Public Administration from San Jose State University.
