Kathleen Dobbs has extensive experience in advocacy and support related to substance abuse and family initiatives. Since 2009, Kathleen has served on the Parent Advisory Board at The Partnership at Drugfree.org. Additionally, Kathleen co-founded Parent-to-Parent, Inc. in September 1997, demonstrating a long-term commitment to community support and parental engagement. Prior to these roles, Kathleen contributed to the Camden County Health Department within the substance abuse sector from January 2003 to April 2011.
