Justin Rutledge is an accomplished educator and coach with extensive experience in teaching and sports programming. Currently serving as a Math Teacher at Partnership Schools since May 2022, Justin specializes in creating engaging lesson plans that enhance students' math skills. Additionally, Justin holds the position of Head Coach at John Carroll University, continuing a commitment to mentorship and development. Previous roles include instructional aide at ACCEL Schools, lead teacher at OhioGuidestone, and youth educator for Rugby Ohio, where Justin designed and implemented lesson plans for various age groups. An experienced writer, Justin contributed to Rugby Today and RugbyMag, focusing on topics relevant to the rugby community. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and English from Bowling Green State University and a Licensure in Education from Notre Dame College.
