Erin Dwyer has a work experience starting in 1980 at the University of Rochester as a Copy Coordinator until 1990. Erin then moved on to Saatchi & Saatchi as a Copy editor from 1995 to 2000. In 2000, Erin joined Buck & Pulleyn as a Copy Editor and worked until 2007. Finally, they became the Editorial Services Manager at Partners and Napier in 2007.

Erin Dwyer obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from the University of Rochester, where they studied from 1981 to 1985.
