David Baruch currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Waterfall Bank and holds the position of Associate General Counsel at both Ascend Health and Partners Pharmacy. Since November 2019, David Baruch has acted as a Board Observer for P3 Health Partners. Previous experience includes an Associate role at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and summer law clerk positions at the same firm and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Earlier, David Baruch worked as an Analyst at OurCrowd and as a Foreign Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel. David Baruch earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Columbia University. Education was completed at Ramaz Upper School.
