Angel Rutter is a dedicated Program Officer in the Community & Volunteer Engagement Unit at Partners of the Americas, where responsibilities include effective communication with diverse stakeholders in multiple languages. Prior experience includes serving as Membership & Meetings Coordinator for the National Association of Attorneys General, where Angel successfully managed logistics for training programs and member interactions. As a Development & Communications Intern at the Appleseed Network, contributions included translating resources for immigrant support. Angel also worked as a Sales Ambassador at Lush Cosmetics, where skills in customer engagement and sales were honed, and gained experience in grant writing and fundraising as a Development Intern with Life Pieces To Masterpieces. Early career development occurred at Mitsuwa Marketplace, where foundational customer service skills were acquired. Angel Rutter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Social Justice from The George Washington University.
