Tevin Shouse is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Collaborative Improvement and Learning and Practice Manager at Partners for Rural Impact since January 2023. Previously, Tevin held several positions at Berea College from September 2017 to December 2022, including Organizational Learning and Practice Manager and Organizational Learning and Practice Coordinator, focusing on designing and implementing educational programs for Partners for Education. A notable accomplishment includes the establishment of the Promising Appalachian Leaders in Service program, which involved instructional design and curriculum development for youth development.
