Andy Beichler currently serves as the Associate Director of Community Results at Partners for Rural Impact since January 2023, previously holding the position of Results Manager at Berea College from January 2012 to January 2023. Experience includes driving outcomes for Knox and Perry County Promise Neighborhood Programs using Results Based Accountability and Results Based Facilitation. Additional roles at Berea College include Project Director for the Partnership for Opportunity Youth and Associate Director of Academic Services for the Berea College Promise Neighborhood. Prior to that, Andy served as Director of Program Implementation and Management Services at Save the Children US, overseeing a team of Regional Directors across 150 sites. Early career roles include Deputy Director for the Southeast Area Office and GEAR UP Services Coordinator at Berea College, along with work as Local Affiliate Coordinator at Forward in the Fifth. Andy earned a BA in Elementary Education from Berea College and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Recreation and Park Administration at Eastern Kentucky University.
