Andi Barber is an experienced Program Manager currently serving at Partners for Rural Impact since January 2023, with a focus on IHE Success and Career Pathways, building on previous experience in the same role at Berea College. This position supports the Gear Up Promise Zone, a seven-year federal grant from the United States Department of Education. Andi has also worked as a Special Education Teacher at Rockcastle County Middle School and served as a Program Associate at Berea College, contributing to the Gear Up Promise Zone initiative. Andi holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University and multiple certifications, including Paralegal Certification and various insurance licenses.
