Sean Delande has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sean is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at Partners Capital Group since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Account Executive at Universal Finance Corp. from September 2022 to November 2022. Before that, Sean worked as an Account Manager-Franchise & Vendor Services at Balboa Capital from November 2020 to September 2022, where they specialized in franchise and equipment financing. Previously, they were a Franchise Finance Specialist and later an Acquisition Specialist at TimePayment, a fin-tech company, from August 2019 to November 2020 and from February 2018 to August 2019, respectively. Sean also had experience in sales roles as a Sales Consultant at Woburn Toyota, Lexington Toyota, and Toyota of Watertown. Additionally, they served as a Parking Facilities Manager at Hampton Beach Casino and worked as a Carpet and Floor Technician at Minehart & Co.

Sean Delande completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing/Professional Sales from Plymouth State University from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Arlington Catholic High School from 2005 to 2009.
