Clay Hundley is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in construction management and real estate development. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction and Real Estate Development Manager at Partners since September 2021, Clay previously held various roles at Butler-Cohen Design + Build from November 2014 to September 2021, including Business Development, Pre-Development Manager, and Project Manager. Noteworthy accomplishments at Butler-Cohen include improving pre-construction processes and leading numerous design-build projects. Prior experience includes positions at WorleyParsons as a Buyer and Procurement Specialist, at MD Anderson Cancer Center as a Construction Project Coordinator, and at Hale Mills Construction as an Assistant Project Manager. Clay holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
