Lauren Smiley, MBA, is a benefits and performance specialist at PartnerMD since June 2022, with experience as an HR generalist and employee life cycle specialist. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Mid Atlantic Kidney Center as a practice support specialist and office coordinator from September 2020 to June 2022. Previous positions include serving as the student secretary for the Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity at the University of South Carolina and a research specialist intern at NDSE, where client research was conducted using CRM systems. Lauren also completed an internship in the emergency room at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Longwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of South Carolina.
