Alison Morfitt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and legal counsel roles. Currently serving as Global Senior Legal Counsel at Partnerize since January 2020, Alison previously held positions such as General Counsel at hedgehog lab and Associate Solicitor at Particular Legal Ltd, specializing in corporate finance and advising SMEs in the technology sector. Alison's expertise includes drafting and negotiating various investment and corporate agreements, as well as significant experience in criminal law and civil litigation from earlier roles. Alison holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Northumbria University, completed in 2010.
