Prior roles include Team Lead at PartnerHero, where Alex coordinated team activities and provided coaching, and Supervisor at Teleperformance, where implementation of improvement plans and quality assurance were key tasks. Earlier experiences include engaging in educational and performing arts initiatives during time at the University of Worcester and Reaction Theatre Makers, culminating in a Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Performance from the same institution.
