Annika Konttaniemi has extensive experience in retail and creative industries, currently serving as a Retail Salesperson at Partioaitta since November 2018 and as a Crafter/Founder at SusiVilla since December 2014. Previous roles include part-time teaching at Lapland University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Fast Prototyping, and a trainee position at TAITO Lappi, where responsibilities encompassed customer service, event organizing, and social media content production. Annika has also been involved in project management and HRM as a team leader for InnoBarentsLab and participated as a member of ENPI Kolarctic Young Innovative Entrepreneurs. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Innovative Business Services from Lapland University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Arts in Art Pedagogy from the University of Lapland.
