Allie Rounds is an accomplished individual with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Vanderbilt University, where involvement in various organizations includes roles such as Senior Advisor Board member and Vice President of Community Engagement within Vanderbilt Women in Government, as well as Advanced Research Assistant at LAPOP Lab. Current professional experience includes an incoming Associate Consultant role at Bain & Company, and an ongoing internship with Parthenon Management Group. Previous positions include Bilingual Staff Member at Eastminster Presbyterian Church and Director of Outreach for Vanderbilt Student Government, among others. Rounds actively contributed to community engagement efforts and leadership development through various internships and volunteer roles throughout the academic career.
