Virginie Renard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Virginie began their career at Orpea Belgium as an HR Officer in 2009. In 2010, they worked as an HR Business Analyst at Université Libre de Bruxelles. Virginie then moved on to Buy Way Personal Finance (ex BNP Paribas Personal Finance Belgium) in 2011, where they held a role in HR, specifically in training and recruitment. In 2014, they joined Mutualité Partenamut, initially working as a Project Manager until 2017. Virginie then transitioned to the role of Change and Organisation Maker for one year. From 2018 to 2022, they served as a Change Manager before becoming the Head of the Agile Transformation Office in March 2022.
Virginie Renard began their education at Lycée Mater Dei from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained their CESS (Diplômes et certificats d'études secondaires/secondaires). Virginie then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociologie-Anthropologie at UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they attended Université libre de Bruxelles from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Master's degree in Gestion des Ressources Humaines (Human Resources Management).
In addition to their formal education, Virginie Renard has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the Leading SAFe Course (5.0) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021, the Change Management Prosci certification from Prosci in June 2018, the Praticien de l'Approche Neurocognitive et Comportementale certification from the Institute of NeuroCognitivism in October 2017, the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company in December 2015, the Agile PM Foundation certification from APMG-International in August 2015, and the Prince 2 Foundation certification from APMG-International in October 2014.
